Tips
Keep the naan frozen, it defrosts in abut 5 minutes, add your base ingredient, top with cheese, then add the rest with the top most layer being that which you would like to get a little crisp.

  • 1slice flatbread or naan
  • 3tbspn red sauce2 tbspn smoky bbq sauce, or 1 tb of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Toppings
  • 1/4 green and red pepperfinely diced,
  • 1plum tomatothinly sliced, and
  • 15-20slices pepperoni used with red sauce or
  • 2/3cup shredded cooked chicken or roast beef used with smoky bbq sauceor
  • 1/2cup chopped smoked ham used with Dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
  2. Pre heat oven to 375°
  3. Spread base sauce on the flatbread and top with grated cheese.
  4. Add toppings, in this case mushroom slices and chopped green and red pepper.
  5. Add sliced pepperoni and bake in a pre-heated oven until the pepperoni is nicely browned and bubbly.
