Ingredients
  • 1/2lb sharp cheddar cheesegrated
  • 1tspn mustard powder
  • 1tspn nutmeg
  • 1/2tspn cayenne pepper
  • 1/4cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3cup Rieslingmedium dry wine
Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
  2. Blend cheese, spices and butter in food processor until combined.
  3. Add wine slowly, making sure that the wine is incorporated, keep blending until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Keep at room temperature until ready to serve.
Serving
  1. Best served with fresh crusty French Baguette or a fruit and nut bread.
