Tip : If you don't like the raw taste or smell of the onion, place the sliced onion into a small dish and cover in either red or white vinegar. The vinegar will remove both but leave the onion crunchy.

Gather ll ingredients before starting the recipe.
Combine 1 medium tomato quartered, slice 1/2 medium English cucumber into 1/2" slices, chop 1/2 green bell pepper into medium dice, thinly slice 1/2 red onion on a mandolin and add 10-12 whole Kalamata olives to a salad bowl.
Mix 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp dried oregano flakes and 1 tbsp red wine vinegar in a jar with a lid. Shake well to combine. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
Pour dressing over vegetables and toss gently to combine.
