Tip : I often have one Italian sausage left from the 5 that is normally packaged. One solution is to remove the sausage from the casing and make mini meatballs. Just put the meatballs on a sheet pan and place in your freezer for a couple of hours, then remove and place in a plastic resealable bag. Then, when you are making pizza, just take out a handful and add it as a topping.

Instructions
Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe.
Pre-heat oven to 375℉
Spread 2-3 tbsp bottled pizza sauce on 1 piece naan bread and top with 3-4 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese.
Layer 10-12 slices pepperoni on the cheese and nestle in 10-12 mini meatballs.
Finely slice 1 whole cremini mushroom and tuck in between the pepperoni and the mini meat balls.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
