Pre-Heat broiler and line a baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.
Cut 6 to 8 slices from 1/2 fresh demi-baguette and slice the grilled petit tender into enough slices to be able to top the baguette slices.
Mix 1 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cloves grated garlic until well blended. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Add 3-4 sprigs finely chopped fresh parsley and then spread the garlic mixture on both side of the baguette slices.
Transfer baguette slices to baking sheet and place under broiler. Toast until beginning to turn golden, then turn and toast the second side.
Top the toasted baguette with 1 to 2 slices of petit tender season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper and add cherry to tomatoes to garnish.
