Gather all the ingredients before starting the recipe.
Preheat oven to 425℉
Combine 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp Kraft grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika and kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl.
Transfer 1/2 head cauliflower cut into florets to a parchment lined sheet pan. Add 1 whole red onion cut into slices and toss to combine. Liberally sprinkle the spice mixture over the cauliflower and onion mixture.
Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and toss again to coat all the pieces.
Transfer the vegetables to a preheated oven and set the timer for 30 minutes. Check halfway through the time and stir, turning the vegetables to roast evenly.
