Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
Pre heat oven to 375°
Peel and thinly slice 1/3 of a red onion into rings.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and top with a baking rack.
Remove meat from cooked ribs and cut into thin strips.
Thinly spread bottled BBQ sauce on naan.
Lay the sliced cooked meat on top of the sauce, drop a few dollops of BBQ sauce over the meat.
Top the mixture with slices roasted red peppers, crumbles of chevre cheese, and finally the sliced red onion.
Bake in a pre heated 375° for 15 minutes, cut in half and serve.
