Gather ingredients before starting the recipe.
Remove steak from refrigerator and marinate 1 8 oz cap steak/person for at least one hour before grilling/searing.
Marinate steak in All Purpose Steak Marinade up for 30 minutes to an hour before cooking,
Remove steak from marinade and blot dry with a paper towel.
Spray a medium sized skillet with vegetable spray and place the skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
Sear steak for 3 minutes per side and then remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving,
Serve with Peppercorn Sauce for Steak and Fries on the side.
