Separate cauliflower into florets and slice sprouts in half
Place in separate microwave safe dishes, rinse with cold water, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until the vegetables are firm tender
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium high heat, grate garlic into melted butter and stir to combine and cook for 1 minute, add drained cooked cauliflower and sprouts to pan and stir to coat the vegetables with garlic butter, season to taste with salt and black pepper
