I love making Garlic Sprouts and Cauliflower because it can be prepared in stages ahead of time and just tossed in garlic butter at the last minute. Also, green and white vegetables are great year around. Deicious with roast beef, rack of lamb, seared pork tenderloin, or just about any roasted meat.
