Homemade Pork Grilling Sausages

Tip : This sausage is great grilled on a bbq, but is equally good on your cook top seared in a pre heated cast iron skillet, or any non-stick skillet. The cook time is the same, 3 minutes per side.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cloves grated garlic crushed
  • 2 tspn paprika
  • 1 1/2 tspn ground black pepper
  • 1 tspn kosher salt

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
  • Combine 1 lb ground pork, 2 cloves grated garlic, 2 tspn paprika, 1 1/2 tspn ground black pepper and 1 tspn kosher salt in a mixing bowl and mix, using a kneading motion with your hands until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Preheat BBQ to medium high or heat a medium skillet over medium high heat.
  • Form sausage shapes about a 2-3 inches long.
  • Place on grill and cook for 3 minutes, turn and cook for another 3 minutes.
