These Homemade Pork Grilling Sausages are ideal for the BBQ but can as easily be made on your cook top. It is great with any number of side dishes including my Simple Warm Potato and Onion Salad or just a quick Tomato, Onion and Pepper Salad. A perfect week-night summer dinner.

Tips
This sausage is great grilled on a bbq, but is equally good on your cook top seared in a pre heated cast iron skillet, or any non-stick skillet. The cook time is the same, 3 minutes per side.

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic clove crushed
  • 2 tspn paprika
  • 1 1/2 tspn ground black pepper
  • 1 tspn kosher salt

Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix using a kneading motion with your hands until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Preheat BBQ to medium high or heat a medium skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Form sausage shapes about a 2-3 inches long.
  5. Place on grill and cook for 3 minutes, turn and cook for another 3 minutes.
