Heat 1 tbsp canola oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add 3 cloves grated garlic and stir until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in 3/4 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup honey and 1/4 cup soy sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, stir and reduce to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside until ready to serve.
