Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
Peel and slice cucumber on a mandolin or a greater with a slicing side.
Place sliced cucumber in a bowl and combine with 1/4 tspn kosher salt and after 15 minutes, squeeze out extra juice. Reserve cucumber.
Combine 3 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp white vinegar, 1 cup cold water and 2 tbsp sour creamStir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
Combine vinegar mixture with reserved cucumber and chopped dill.
