Gather ingredients before starting recipe.
Place 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 whole egg, 1 pinch kosher salt and 1/4 cup water in a mixing bowl and combine using a fork.
Keep blending and adding a little water at a time until the dough starts to form bigger and bigger crumbles.
Once it has reached a semi solid state, knead the dough until it holds together.
Form a ball and reserve until the vegetables are cooked.
Pinch little snippets from the ball of dough and drop into simmering soup.
