Tip : If the dough gets a little sticky, just roll it in flour and keep going.

Ingredients 

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Gather ingredients before starting recipe.
  • Place 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1 whole egg, 1 pinch kosher salt and 1/4 cup water in a mixing bowl and combine using a fork.
  • Keep blending and adding a little water at a time until the dough starts to form bigger and bigger crumbles.
  • Once it has reached a semi solid state, knead the dough until it holds together.
  • Form a ball and reserve until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Pinch little snippets from the ball of dough and drop into simmering soup.
