While the cauliflower is roasting, combine 2-3 tbsp hoisin or oyster sauce (Asian section of grocery store), 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar, 1 tspn grated ginger, 1 clove garlic, 1 tspn roasted sesame seed oil, 1/2 tspn Asian chili sauce, and 1 pinch black pepper in a small bowl and stir combine.
