Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
Pre heat oven to 500°French
Line a sheet pan with non-stick aluminum foil (or spray regular foil with vegetable oil).
Mix seasoning in small bowl.
Slice cauliflower into 1" thick slices and lay cauliflower steaks on aluminum foil.
Drizzle cauliflower with olive oil and dust with seasoning mixture.
Place cauliflower steaks in the oven and check after 10 minutes, if nicely browned, gently turn and finish the roasting,
