It is all plant-based and absolutely delicious, and Tommy Bahama’s was my inspiration for this Roasted Cauliflower Steak.  At the restaurant, the steaks were served with a farro salad and roasted veggies. Since it was such a good combination, I served mine with my Warm Tuscan Farro Salad and Roasted Beets with Grated Fresh Horseradish and Celery Tops. Just like Tommy Bahamas!
