Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or non-stick aluminum foil
Place drumsticks on prepared sheet pan and season with kosher salt and 3 tbsp Roast Chicken Seasoning, coating all sides of the drumsticks. Set aside for an hour and up to two hours before roasting.
Pre heat oven to 425℉
Add a drizzle of canola oil to the chicken, turning so that all sides are covered. You don't need a lot, just a few drops per drumstick.
Roast in a pre-heated oven for 45 minutes, turning the drumsticks every 15 minutes.
Buffalo Wing Sauce
Measure 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce into a microwave safe measuring cup, add 3 tbsp butter and heat on high for 2-3 minutes, stir to combine.
Transfer sauce to a large bowl, add the roasted drumsticks and toss in the wing sauce until the chicken is evenly coated.
