Tip : This dish really revolves around tandoori spice due to its color and delicate flavor. If you can't find it at your local grocer, you can easily buy it online.
Season chops with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Coat the chops with 2 tbsp tandoori spice and set aside for up to an hour before cooking.
Heat 1 tbsp canola oil in a medium sized skillet over medium high heat until the oil shimmers. Add the spiced chops and sear for 3 minutes per side.
Garnish with 1 orange, peeled and sliced.
Prepare 2 sheets poppadom according to package directions or place in your microwave for 1 minute until the poppadoms are puffed and crunchy and serve.
