I love Indian spices, including the Tandoori spice I used to make these Tandoori Lamb Chops. Tandoori is a mild aromatic spice with a rich red color. I have used it mostly with chicken, but I thought it would work equally well with lamb chops. I like the result, the chops were slightly charred and had a beautiful color when they were finished. I paired the chops with another a perfect vegetable side dish called Tandoori Spiced Green Peas which is very similar to another Indian dish called Aloo Gobi.  Either curry would make a great combination.
