Shrimp Boil, My Way
A traditional shrimp boil simmers in a pot of seasoned, spicy broth and is served family-style at the table. But I decided to shake things up. Instead of boiling everything in one big pot, I spread the ingredients out on a sheet pan and let the oven do the magic, boiling and grilling in the same space. The result? Roasted edges, caramelized goodness, and a bold flavor I thought would be even better. It’s still a dish made for sharing, perfect for a summer evening, and absolutely delicious.
