Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe.
Pre heat oven to 400°F
Mix 1 sprig rosemary leaves, chopped, 1 clove garlic grated and the zest of 1 whole orange in a small bowl.
Cut 1/2 lb Fontina cheese into 1" cubes, and transfer to an oven proof dish or small cast iron skillet. Sprinkle mixed herbs over the cheese, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place on a sheet pan covered with aluminum foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
Serving
Drizzle honey over melted cheese.
Serve melted cheese with fruit and nut bread or fruit and nut crackers
