Ingredients 

  • 1/2 lb Fontina cheese
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 sprig rosemary leaves finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 whole orange zest only
  • 1 tbsp honey drizzled over melted Fontina

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe.
  • Pre heat oven to 400°F
  • Mix 1 sprig rosemary leaves, chopped, 1 clove garlic grated and the zest of 1 whole orange in a small bowl.
  • Cut 1/2 lb Fontina cheese into 1" cubes, and transfer to an oven proof dish or small cast iron skillet. Sprinkle mixed herbs over the cheese, add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place on a sheet pan covered with aluminum foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is hot and bubbly.

Serving

  • Drizzle honey over melted cheese.
  • Serve melted cheese with fruit and nut bread or fruit and nut crackers
