I admit, the photo leaves a lot to be desired, and the combination of a new camera lens and trying to take the photo with guests is my only excuse.
Like I say, a little tipsy, but this recipe for garlic shrimp scampi is perfect. I remember many a time having escagot as an appetizer in Montrteal and it was always served in garlic butter. This garlic butter was the inspiration for this recipe and it’s finally perfect.
From the sizzle of the shrimp to the dunking of the bread, it is heaven.
It’s also fun to serve from stove to table, or in this case, to kitchen counter.
