So simple to make, less than 10 minutes from start to finish to make this pan roasted Lemon Garlic Broccoli. I served it with Brown Butter Basted Honey Garlic Seared Salmon, also delicious and a great combination.
Ingredients
- 1 stalk broccoli cut into florets
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- drizzle of olive oil
- 2 cloves thinly sliced garlic
Instructions
Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe.
- Break broccoli into florets and set aside.
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a small skillet over medium high heat.
- Add broccoli florets to skillet when the oil is hot, and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss to combine. Add 2 cloves thinly sliced garlic and another drizzle of olive oil. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon over the broccoli.
- Cook for about 5-8 minutes, or until the broccoli begins to char at the edges.
