Char Sui Lamb with Chinese Egg Noodles

Char Sui is a hit BBQ sauce that’s perfect with all sorts of dishes. This time, I marinated and seared some lamb loin chops and tossed fresh egg noodles in the leftover Char Sui sauce to go along with the lamb. It turned out great!
