Creating a floral arrangements is pretty simple if you follow the follow my advise.
One, always buy odd numbers of the feature flower, 3, 5, 7.
Two, always buy at least twice what you think your will need, and
Three, limit the height of the arrangement so that, sitting down, you will be able to see over it and be able to chat with your table mate across from you.
