Delicious Pork Rib Roast
Traditional Easter dinners often center around lamb, one of my favorites, or a classic ham. But this year, I decided to go in a different direction with a delicious Pork Rib Roast. It’s a slow‑and‑low recipe that gives you plenty of time to relax and mingle with friends and family while the kitchen fills with the incredible aromas of the roast. Fluffy mashed potatoes with a drizzle of pan gravy or easy Scalloped Potatoes would both go great. If you’re looking to try something a little different and step off the beaten path this Easter, this menu is a wonderful place to start.
