Bavette Frites…
Do you ever just crave a simple plate of steak and fries? I do, especially after the holidays, when the meals get richer, the menus get more elaborate, and (usually) after we’ve traveled abroad. Suddenly all I want is something straightforward. A good steak, hot fries, and a crisp salad.
We didn’t travel this year, but we definitely indulged in our fair share of holiday treats, and now it feels like the perfect moment to settle back into something familiar. Bavette Frites (steak and fries, a little jazzed up) fits the bill beautifully.
