Ingredients 

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe.
  • Melt 1 tbsp unsalted butter in a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat.
  • Add1 tbsp all-purpose flour and stir to combine, cook for 2 -3 minutes.
  • Slowly add 1 cup milk 1 and stir with a wire whisk until the sauce thickens and the sauce coats the back of a spoon, about 5-6 minutes.
  • Add 1 pinch kosher salt to taste.
