I like to serve Horseradish Cream Sauce when I feel like a strip loin or even a rib eye needs a little something on the side. This sauce comes together in minutes and you should have all the ingredients in your pantry and refrigerator.
Tip : As this recipe will yield multiple servings, store the left over sauce in a container with a tight fitting lid and serve it again with a roast or a steak. The sauce will keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1-2 tbpn heavy cream buttermilk or milk
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until all the ingredients have been combined and the sauce is smooth.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve with a grilled steak.
