This is just another way to use up left over pork tenderloin, I added some Quick Pickle for extra umami.
Ingredients
- 4 1/2" thick slices of grilled pork tenderloin
- 1 whole avocados seeded, peeled and mashed
- kosher salt to taste
- 1 recipe Diablo Sauce about 1 tablespoon per slider
- 1 recipe Quick Pickle , about 1 generous tablespoon per slider
- 4 slider buns (6-inches each)
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
- Slice previously grilled pork tenderloin.
- Mix and mash avocado with a teaspoon of kosher salt.
Assembly
- Spread one half of slider bun with avocado mixture.
- Spread the half of the slider bun with Diablo Sauce.
- Top Diablo Sauce with a slice of pork tenderloin
- Top pork tenderloin with a generous amount of Quick Pickle.
