This is just another way to use up leftover pork tenderloin, I added some Quick Pickle for extra umami.
Tip : If you have any leftover Diablo Sauce from a previous grilled pork tenderloin recipe, now is the perfect opportunity to give it new life. With its fiery kick and rich undertones, Diablo Sauce elevates any dish it touches. I always freeze the extra sauce, knowing it will come in handy for moments like these. Simply thaw it and let its bold flavors shine. If you’re out of Diablo Sauce, don’t worry, your favorite BBQ sauce works beautifully as a substitute.
