Ingredients 

  • 1/2 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 whole red onion peeled and cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Kraft grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • drizzle of olive oil

Instructions

Gather all the ingredients before starting the recipe.

  • Preheat oven to 425℉
  • Combine 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp Kraft grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika and kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Transfer 1/2 head cauliflower cut into florets to a parchment lined sheet pan. Add 1 whole red onion cut into slices and toss to combine. Liberally sprinkle the spice mixture over the cauliflower and onion mixture.
  • Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and toss again to coat all the pieces.
  • Transfer the vegetables to a preheated oven and set the timer for 30 minutes. Check halfway through the time and stir, turning the vegetables to roast evenly.
