This Smoked Salmon BLT definitely one of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted! It was one of our golf group lunch specials. It took a couple of tries to get it right, and I really don’t know what makes it special, but it truly is.
Ingredients
- 1 pretzel bun
 - 2 slices smoked salmon
 - 2 slices thick cut smoked bacon
 - 1 tbsp cream cheese
 - 1 leaf iceberg lettuce
 - 3-4 baby plum tomatoes (about 1 1/
 
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.

 - Cook sliced bacon in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until done to taste.
 - Slice tomatoes and leaf lettuce.
 - Spread each side of pretzel bun with cream cheese.

 - Top one half of the bun with lettuce and tomato and other side with smoked salmon.

 - Finally, add 2 slices of bacon.
