This is definitely one of the best sandwiches I have ever tasted!  It was one of our golf group lunch specials. It took a couple of tries to get it right, and I really don’t know what makes it special, but it truly is.

  • 1 pretzel bun
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 slices thick cut smoked bacon
  • 1 tbspn cream cheese
  • 1 leaf iceberg lettuce
  • 3-4 baby plum tomatoes (about 1 1/

Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
  2. Cook sliced bacon in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until done to taste.
  3. Slice tomatoes and leaf lettuce.
  4. Spread each side of pretzel bun with cream cheese.
  5. Top one half of the bun with lettuce and tomato and other side with smoked salmon.
  6. Finally, add 2 slices of bacon.
