This Steak Rub has Indian overtones as it contains cinnamon. Used as a dry rub, it creates a wonderful crust on the Flat Iron Steak or Skirt Steak and the spice stays with each slice so the flavor carries forward with every bite.

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of ground cloves
