This Steak Rub has Indian overtones as it contains cinnamon. Used as a dry rub, it creates a wonderful crust on the Flat Iron Steak or Skirt Steak and the spice stays with each slice so the flavor carries forward with every bite.

  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsbn kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tspn paprika
  • 1 1/2 tspn ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tspn ground coriander
  • 1 tsbn ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tspn cinnamon
  • pinch of ground cloves
