The leftovers from a party make the most marvelous at-home lunches.

In this case, our Afterparty Ploughman’s Lunch was inspired by the cheese left from my Sweet and Savory Summer Tapas board, and as usual, some fruit. I also had some mango chutney and I had just found some Branston Pickle, both ingredients that are traditional with a Ploughman’s Lunch.

Create your own with your favorite fruit and cheeses you might have on hand. Add some crunchy bread, and to be true to the British version, maybe add some Branston Pickle.
