I approached this Christmas Dinner for two the same as I would have for a dinner party of twelve, I researched, looking back at past Christmas dinner party menus, then of course photos and guest lists and memories.

In the end, I decided on what is a lovely Christmas Dinner Menu. It can be scaled to any number of people, even one. It gave me the chance to try some new recipes which are both eye and pallet appealing. Who doesn’t like filet of beef? This is the cornerstone of the menu, rounded out by some festive and delicious bites.
