Ingredients 

  • 4-5 cooked spareribs
  • 1-2 tbsp bottled smoky BBQ sauce
  • 6-8 slices roasted pepper slices (store bought)
  • 2 tbsp chevre cheese crumbled
  • 5-6 slices red onion
  • 1 slice naan

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe.
  • Pre heat oven to 375°F
  • Peel and thinly slice 1/3 of a red onion into rings.
  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and top the sheet with a baking rack.
  • Remove meat from 4-5 cooked spareribs and cut into thin strips.
  • Thinly spread 1-2 tbsp bottled smoky BBQ sauce on naan.
  • Lay the sliced cooked meat on top of the sauce, drop a few dollops of BBQ sauce over the meat.
  • Top the mixture with slices of 6-8 slices roasted pepper slices (store bought), 2 tbsp chevre cheese and finally the sliced red onion.
  • Bake in a pre-heated 375°F for 15 minutes, cut in half and serve.
