Ingredients 

  • 3-4 lb bone in smoked ham

Brown Sugar Ham Glaze

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tspn fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

Gather ingredients before starting recipe.

  • Remove ham from refrigerator one hour before baking.

Brown Sugar Ham Glaze

  • Combine all glaze ingredients in a small sauce pan, bring to a boil, then reduce to a slow simmer. Cook for about 20 minutes, then just keep warm.

Ham

  • Pre heat oven to Convection Oven325 °F
  • Score ham, 1" diamonds.
  • Place ham in a roasting pan, add about 1/2 cup water.
  • Baste ham with brown sugar glaze and set on the middle rack of a pre heated oven.
  • Bake for 1.5 hours and baste with glaze every 15-20 minutes. Add more water to pan if it looks dry.
  • Pour pan juices into pan with glaze and stir to combine.
  • Rest ham for 15-20 minutes, slice and serve with sauce on the side.
