This Char Siu Sauce is just as good as my Heavenly Sauce, maybe better. Well, maybe equally good. They each have their unique and incredible flavor profiles. To test out which you would like better, try both my Char Siu Chicken and Daddy Wu’s Chinese Chicken. I love both.
Tip : I have included links to recipes for chicken only. I know that this char sui sauce would work equally well with pork, pork belly and duck, but the cooking times would have to be altered to consider the length of time to braise each of these to make them tender.
