This is a very delicious Cubano Sandwich, right out of the Southern US and one you should definitely keep in mind when your are making a pork roast. The trick is the sequence in which you layer the sandwich, really easy and really good!

Ingredients 

  • 6-8 slices roast pork thinly sliced
  • 2-3 slices swiss cheese
  • 2-3 slices sliced ham
  • lots of yellow mustard
  • 4 slider buns

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients before starting recipe.
  • Cut sliders in half and squirt a fair amount of yellow mustard on each half.
  • Place 2-3 slices of ham on one side.
  • Place 2-3 slices of sliced pickles on top of the ham.
  • Top the pickles with a couple of slices of cold pork roast.
  • Top the pork slices with a couple of slices of Swiss cheese.
  • Place the second half, mustard side down, on top of the cheese.
