Cubano Sliders are my fun, no-fuss twist on the classic Cuban sandwich and honestly, they’re one of the tastiest ways to use up leftover pork roast. All the signature flavors are there,  juicy pork, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, tangy pickles, and a swipe of yellow mustard. But instead of pressing it on a grill, I layer everything onto soft slider buns and warm them just enough to melt the cheese.

No panini press, no fuss, just bold, savory flavor in a perfectly snackable size.

They’re ideal for lunch, game day, or anytime you want something that looks impressive but takes barely any effort. And let’s be real,  sliders are just more fun to eat.

Give them a try next time you’ve got leftover pork. They’re easy, crowd-pleasing, and totally crave-worthy.
