These Deviled Eggs with Red Caviar (or Salmon Roe if you can find it in a hurry) make a nice colorful first bite, or, as the French would say, Amuse Bouche. If I have the time, I like to make something that is a one-off, this amuse bouche is like that. I had a couple of hard boiled eggs, and a bit of ‘red’ caviar. It’s just fun and takes not time at all.

Ingredients 

  • 2 whole hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 tspn Yellow Mustard
  • 2 tspn red caviar
Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe.
  • Cut peeled , hardboiled eggs in half, scoop out the yolks, combine with yellow mustard using a fork.
  • Place egg whites in individual small containers, (I used Asian soup spoons).
  • Stuff each egg white with the egg yolk mixture, top with red caviar.
