This steamed broccoli side dish immediately caught my eye, so fresh and vibrant, especially with that sunny lemon‑yellow drizzle over the top. I ended up making it that same night to go with a Grilled Pork Tenderloin, and it was absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
- broccoli florets
- 1 recipe Bright Lemon Mustard Vinaigrette
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe.
- Prepare Bright Lemon Mustard Vinaigrette and refrigerate until ready to use.

- Prepare broccoli florets from two heads of broccoli. Place florets in a microware proof dish, rinse under cold water and then cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until the broccoli is soft.

- Drain broccoli drizzle with the lemon vinaigrette and lot of fresh cracked black peppercorn and serve.
