Everyone knows how to make a Greek Salad but sometimes it’s just good to be reminded of the ingredients. I served this Greek salad recently with my Skewer-less Greek Souvlaki, a perfect pairing.

Tip : If you don't like the raw taste or smell of the onion, place the sliced onion into a small dish and cover in either red or white vinegar. The vinegar will remove both but leave the onion crunchy.
