Ingredients 

  • 3 hamburger buns
  • 1 chicken breast previously cooked thinly sliced
  • 3 meat balls previously cooked sliced
  • 3-4 tbsp red sauce
  • 3-4 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe
  • Pre heat oven to 375°F
  • Slice 3 hamburger buns in half.
  • Slice the previously cooked chicken breast into thin slices and top the bottom half of the bun with the sliced chicken.
  • Slice meatballs in half and top the chicken with the meatball slices and then top the meatballs with 1 tablespoon of red sauce.
  • Place both sides of each bun on a sheet pan. Set the top of the bun top side up and cover the buns with aluminum foil. Place sheet pan in a preheated oven for 12 minutes
  • Remove the sheet pan, uncover, flip the top bun over, and generously mound half of it with grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Preheat your broiler and return the sheet pan to the oven. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the top bun is toasted.
