I have any number of grilled salmon recipes, many of them leaning toward sweet glazes or Asian‑inspired flavors. Recently, I added a Mango Quinoa Salad to my list of favorites, and with it came yet another grilled salmon dish featuring a touch of sweetness, this time from hoisin sauce for this Hoisin Seared Salmon. It seems I’m building quite a collection of bright, sweet‑leaning salmon recipes, each one a little different but all equally delicious.
